Unauthorized Access

Tickets are generated when a page is created for you. They may expire if you take
too long between receiving the page an following a link to a remote ANSN site.
- Less likely, but quite possibly, the referring server may have not provided
proper system credentials in the ticket. This situation can only be resolved
by the system operators of both the referring and receiving web site.
- Even less likely, the ticket mechanism is broken. For example, the referring server
may have linked to this page without a ticket or with a wrong version of the ticket
library. This problem can only be address by the operator of the referring web site.
